Summit Strategy AI provides a cloud-based abstraction layer and algorithmic trading infrastructure allowing users to deploy quantitative strategies to their MetaTrader accounts via MetaApi. We are a technology provider, not a financial advisor, broker, or financial institution. We provide software tools for executing trades; we do not manage your funds or guarantee any financial returns.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are entirely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including any broker passwords or tokens you integrate with the platform. You must ensure you have the legal right to connect any trading account you integrate with Summit Strategy AI.
3. No Financial Advice & Assumption of Risk
None of the information, strategies, algorithms, or signals provided by Summit Strategy AI constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Algorithmic trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You can lose some or all of your initial investment.
- Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.
- You are solely responsible for any losses you incur as a result of using our software.
- You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Summit Strategy AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, capital, or data.
- Losses resulting from technical failures, latency, server outages, or connectivity issues with your broker.
- Losses incurred due to the suspension or termination of your account by a third-party broker or proprietary trading firm.
- Damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Summit Strategy AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
6. Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal
By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Please see our Refund Policy for specific terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service relies on third-party services, including but not limited to MetaApi and various MetaTrader brokers. We do not endorse and are not responsible or liable for their availability, accuracy, the related content, products, or services. You are subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
