1. General No-Refund Policy
At Summit Strategy AI, we provide immediate digital provision of computational routing servers, encrypted database storage, and proprietary algorithmic software. Due to the digital nature of our service, immediate infrastructure provisioning costs, and access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under standard operating conditions.
2. Non-Refundable £200 Setup Fee
The one-time sign-up fee of £200 GBP covers immediate dedicated server provisioning, database setup, and software licensing access. This setup fee is strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed and access has been provisioned.
3. Waiver of Statutory Cooling-Off Period (UK / EU)
Under UK and EU consumer protection regulations (such as the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), consumers normally have a 14-day statutory right of cancellation. However, by completing your purchase and accessing our digital platform, you explicitly consent to immediate service performance and acknowledge that you waive your right to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period and associated refund rights.
4. Trading Performance & Prop Firm Losses Excluded
We do not issue refunds based on trading results, market performance, or prop firm evaluations. By using Summit Strategy AI, you acknowledge that trading carries inherent financial risk. The following scenarios strictly do NOT qualify for refunds:
- Trading losses, slippage, or account drawdowns.
- Breached evaluation challenges or lost funded accounts at proprietary trading firms.
- Dissatisfaction with market performance or individual trading strategy results.
- Failure to configure webhooks or alerts properly on third-party platforms.
5. Limited Exception for Major Infrastructure Outages
The only narrow exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of a critical, continuous backend system failure directly attributable to Summit Strategy AI servers. You may be eligible for a pro-rated account credit or partial refund if:
- The core Summit Strategy AI routing infrastructure suffers a continuous, uninterrupted outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours.
- A verified, documented bug within Summit Strategy AI backend logic directly causes a failure to deliver the subscribed execution service.
Outages or disruptions caused by third-party broker terminal disconnects, TradingView alert lag, or external network provider issues do not qualify for refunds.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer in violation of this Policy will face immediate, permanent account termination and revocation of access. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and recover associated administrative legal costs.
7. Partner & Affiliate Commission Revocation
In the event that a customer purchase is refunded or disputed via chargeback, any associated affiliate commission credited to the referring partner will be immediately revoked and deducted from the partner's unpaid balance.
