1. General Policy
At Summit Strategy AI, we provide access to highly sophisticated institutional-grade algorithmic trading infrastructure and computing resources. Due to the digital nature of our service, the immediate allocation of server resources (such as MetaApi connections and cloud environment provisioning), and the proprietary nature of our technology, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered
When you purchase a subscription or product from Summit Strategy AI, you immediately gain access to our proprietary algorithms, servers, and intellectual property. The costs associated with provisioning your dedicated execution environments and API access are incurred by us immediately. Therefore, a strict no-refund policy is necessary to protect our infrastructure and proprietary systems.
3. Trading Losses Are Not Grounds for Refund
We do not issue refunds based on trading performance. By using our platform, you acknowledge that trading carries significant risk and that you are solely responsible for any financial losses. A lack of profitability, blown prop firm accounts, or unmet financial expectations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
4. Exceptions for Platform Downtime
The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is if a critical issue arises directly on the Summit Strategy AI platform. You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or account credit if:
- The Summit Strategy AI website, dashboard, or core routing infrastructure goes entirely offline for an extended, continuous period (exceeding 24 hours).
- A verifiable bug or failure within the Summit Strategy AI backend prevents the execution of your strategies, resulting in a failure to deliver the service you subscribed for.
Please note that issues stemming from third-party broker connectivity, MetaTrader server outages at your specific broker, or MetaApi cloud regional outages that are outside of our direct control do not qualify for refunds.
5. How to Request an Exception
If you believe you qualify for a refund due to platform downtime, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the incident. Please include your account details and any relevant error logs or screenshots. All requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Any attempt to file a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or credit card company in violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Summit Strategy AI account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and recover any associated fees.
7. Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Residents)
Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you generally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel online purchases. However, by accepting these terms and immediately accessing our digital services and proprietary algorithms upon payment, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a cooling-off period and the associated right to a refund.
