We are looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social channels (YouTube, X / Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord). You will produce high-converting trading content, showcase AI strategy performance, interview traders, and drive community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish short-form and long-form video content across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and X.
- Work closely with our founders to translate complex algorithmic trading concepts into viral, engaging visuals.
- Manage community engagement, reply to incoming inquiries, and build genuine relationships with retail traders.
- Track growth analytics, viral hooks, follower acquisition, and affiliate referral conversion rates.
What We Look For
- Proven track record managing social channels in finance, trading, crypto, or tech.
- Familiarity with retail trading, prop firms (FTMO, FundedNext, etc.), or algorithmic systems is a huge plus.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci) and thumbnail/graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Self-driven, proactive mindset with an eye for internet trends and trading culture.
